As it is designed to work with the US tooth numbering, I wonder if there are any volunteers to cooperate on recoding it with the International tooth numbering system.

Instead of using the Diafaan Gateway with a subscription fee, have you considered using the free Android app SMS Gateway which can send and receive SMS from an email using POP3 or an internal web server?

Granted it is an additional burden, and sometimes doesn't work because the provider has changed but the phone number remain...

We have been sending out SMS in Canada ever since OD could send out email. What we did was to have a front desk staff add the phone number along with the mobile service provider email gateway to their email address.
