Does anyone know of a query number that shows me insured and not insured in a time period?

If a patient was put on unscheduled list but now that appt has been completed, how do I remove unscheduled from their chart? This happens if staff did not re schedule pt from unscheduled list and instead created a new appt.

I actually want to create an aging report without the people with debt over 6 months. I still want to be able to pull them up...just separately

I thought there was a new classification called bad debt. I would call bad debt someone that is over 6 months of not paying...

I would like to get these types of people off of my aging report but still be able to pull them up on their own report

is there a query that I can look up people with only bad debt?

2 quesitons:

1. Is there an aging report I can run that does not include patient outstanding balances? And then one that I can run with only patient owed balances?

2. Is there a way to remove someone from aging if you are sending them to collections?

Almost...when I run the report though, my total for the month is over $80,000 which I know is not correct....what am i doing wrong?

I was told by tesia that you cannot use 2 different clearinghouses.

My issue is that I hae Tesia and am very happy with them, but Tesia does not offer electronic benefits. I am unable to utilize a separate company for e verification.

Is there any other way to use a company for e verification?

My office is pretty new but I have been looking thru my carrier and plans list and they are pretty long with duplicates in each.

Could someone please explain the hierarchy of insurance carriers and plans and what the difference is between the 2?

Also, do I need to keep multiples of each?
