I have an update issue and have these instructions, " Go back to the machine where you did the initial successful update. Go to Help, Update, Setup, and hit the Recopy button."
...On that machine there is no "recopy" button, even when run as an administrator. Help!

How do I add a simple Dr Note (not a procedure note)? For example, I take an emergency call at night and want to document the conversation in OD.
