Do you need to pay for the monthly OD subscription in order to use the OD texting service? The texting service is around $25 a month for us.

Hi, I am having an issue with the "amount" in the chart view and the actual "allowed fee" not matching up. This issue causes production reports for the hygienist to be incorrect, because the production report uses the "amount" (a higher number) instead of "allowed fee". Is there a way to change this...

Can I upload an insurance fee schedule, like Delta Dental, into Open Dental, or must I input each fee manually?

Would be a huge time saver.
