Please add 'Subscriber birthdate' field to sheet for webforms. It's nowhere to be found. We need this field filled out from patient to verify insurance. Thank you.

Instead of click 'statement', you always should click arrow dropdown , then more options, then check the box 'Single patient only', then adjust the dates from and to. Hope this help to solve your problem. PeteN

Please help: The integrated 2-way text service from Open Dental always labels wrong patient when patient reply back. It happens when family with kids and guardian or parent . Either Open Dental sign up with different text service or provide a work around. It's very confusing.
