Spell Check and screen scrolling
Does anyone else have this problem: when typing a clinical progress note, OD underlines words in red that are misspelled. When I right click and select the correct spelling, the note instantly scrolls to the bottom of the page and then I have to scroll all the way back to where I was. I've also foun...

Using Office365 Email Through OpenDental
Is anyone out there using Office 365 to host their email service and able to successfully send/receive email through OpenDental? Our IT crew, along with OpenDental support, cannot get it to work.

Re: Add Quick Buttons?
Is there a way to add quick buttons in other button categories? I love how quick buttons display the text you want on the button itself. I also love how the buttons stack left to right, allowing multiple buttons to be place on a single line. In all other button categories, the text displays to the l...

Re: growth of forms
I thought I'd post my question on this thread since it's related to the original question about growth of text on sheets. I have a static text box on my sheet with a separate signature box below it. As the static text box grows, the sheet pushes the signature box further down the page, which is what...

Insert patient title into Sheets
I am trying to format a letter to referring dentists in Sheets and would like to have OD insert the patient's title (Mr., Ms., Dr., etc) into the letter (i.e. " Mr. Farran was concerned about his missing tooth #14". I can't seem to find a form field for the patient's title. Is there not one programm...

Re: Deleting Multiple Existing Procedures
Thanks for the reply! Just out of curiosity, why is this designed this way? I can understand not being able to delete at all (for legal reasons perhaps) but why allow us to delete existing treatment entered but prohibit us from bulk deleting? It's pretty common for an assistant to accidentally enter...

Re: Patient Pictures into system quickly
I'd like to bump this topic since the last post was from 2010. How are people doing this today? If I have a WiFi-enabled dSLR or mirrorless camera, can I directly import the photos to the OpenDental photos folder in the Imaging Module? Or do I need to import them to the computer first and then trans...

Re: Deleting Multiple Existing Procedures
For some reason this doesn't work for me. The procedures are inputted as "Existing Other". I am able to select all of them holding down the control key but cannot delete using the keyboard key or by right clicking to bring up the options menu. In order to delete them I need to double-click on each o...

Deleting Multiple Existing Procedures
Is there a way to delete multiple existing procedures from the progress notes window at once? I can only delete them one at a time by double-clicking on each procedure. Thx!
