Went tot Best Buy yesterday to buy a tablet so consents etc could be signed and they had none. What are OD users finding to be the most durable tablets?

I am going to use Dr Starks Anesthesia program to track and inventory meds etc. this year. Hopefully ,I can get my criticare to record the NIBP, SPO2, Pulse etc to pt images at the same time. It is just more efficient and I have a gig netowk with a media 2 TB 2 hard drive hard drive with autobackup....

Works very well. I also got ignition and it is very quick and easy to log in to my "server". Never without anything inside of OD. The 3G network works well with this program.

Thanks, I did that......says invalid registration ....could be that the back up is an image and avoid all this stuff. I have a flash drive with a backup, and the old drive still lets me use OD on the new computer.

The reason I suggested Sites was so that you could filter the patient select window better. But I suppose you could also do that in your arrangement by using the Guarantor checkbox in that window. Does it matter if the computer that you are backing up from has a FAT32 file system and the computer that you are backing up to has a NTFS file system? Anyway to fix this if it does....other than reformatting the new server to FAT32?

I may be missing something here but I think there is an easy solution for what you are wanting to do which is different from the original topic of this thread. If you run open dental on your server at your business office, you can access it from any remote computer with internet access using LogMeI...

We like printing addresses on plain standard inexpensive envelopes and actually use another program to do so. Yup, sounds cheap, but it just doesn't make any sense not use the computer to print an envelope. it's too simple. If anyone can get Sheets to work with standard 9 or 10 envelope please post...

I am becoming very unhappy with XP...did you know you have to have an A floppy to install SATA drives over 137 Gigs...i do not haver one. I tried an old one and it did not work.......of course Vista lets you install the drivers from a CD. So do I go buy a Mac and which one or go buy Vista Business.
