Tracking Marketing efforts

What is the best way to set up a system so I can track where my patients are coming to the practice and then to be able to generate a report?

Thanks,

Dennis

Or a better solution would be to attach a payment to a procedure, since you can already chose the provider/procedure, the payment to a particular procedure would go to proper provider, kind of like posting an insurance check.

May be to be able to generate this report you may have to select a provider when posting a payment into the patients acc. but that's just a guess. I do think this report is a must for all practices who have an associate based on collections.

A proper provider was chosen in the appointment window for that appointment with that provider, but since the provider in the family module was different, it does not show any payments applied to the dentist who actually rendered treatment.

Associate Compensation

I have an associate that is compensated based on collections. We tried to run a report for payments by 2nd provider and the only payments that show up are the ones where the provider is set in the "Family" module. However if a different provider rendered treatment to the same patient and the provide...

Crop Tool Image Module

We scan x-rays with a photo scanner at 300dpi. When I use the crop tool in the image module, I think I'm loosing resolution from the original - when I zoom in the image is not as sharp as uncroped one.

Anything I'm doing wrong or is it the way it's supposed to be? I'm usint ver 3.53

Thanks

Image Module

Would be really helpful to have a brightness/contrast option in the images module for viewing x-rays. Would this be a feature at some point?

Thanks.

True, but there is enough patient's confusion about their statements. Sometimes ins. co has paid in full for one member and not the other, we want to be able to bill that pt only until the pmnt is received for another family member so the patient does not call our office requesting an explanation fo...

Statement set up

Is there a way to set up the Statement tab in the account module to print current pt last 45 days by default instead of having to go through options every time?

Thanks,

Dennis

MedAlertFlag

Requesting a New Feature: Can we have a right side of the appointment for med alert, similar for the confirmed status on the left side, so we can chose it to say MED and be highlighted in red to appear on all scheduled appointments for that pt? Would this be difficult to do and would it be worth you...
