I recently purchased a second practice and would really like to export my auto notes and import them at the new office. Is this possible? My Office Manager has called, but no response to the inquiry, as yet.

Is there anyway to set the software to assign the amount of time for the appt. based on a preset hourly? We schedule by production (of course if it's going to take longer, we just extend it - free post-ops obviously don't take zero minutes).

I've tried to access the DL, but it directs me to your Blog instead of any file. I feel like I tried this a while back with the same results. Am I missing something?

This may sound odd, but my Hygeinists have asked me if there is a way to filter the recall appointment from the overall TX plan. I'm sure there might be an easier way, but it comes down to this: for patients that have recall scheduled next calander year, their remaining benefits are being displayed ...

Reviving an old thread. I just converted over last Friday and went live today. At the end of the day, I discovered that in the Insurance Percentages, there was not an option for Implants. I went into the Setup and edited the Insurance Catagories. I've added an Implant Catagory and specified the 6099...
