I am thinking of taking the plunge and going with the Medical version. Everything that I read says that it is the way to go for what I am looking for. Not thrilled with the price tag though.

What if I want to drop the image completely? What do you mean drop? Are you just talking about removing it from the sheet? That will not affect old forms that patients have filled out. If you're talking about deleting it from your OpenDentImages share then all old and new sheets will not know about...

You know the situation. You recommend different treatment plans and the patient decides to go with option A, B, or C. I've got it running fine, but I am not a big fan of the window resizing when you rotate the tablet. That is something I think you just have to play with to find the best configuration.

Is there a way to change how this displays? I would like to remove, or bump to the bottom, the insurance and related info. That is all in the family file and does not seem to fit where the medical info is. Is there a way to remove this? Or at least, can we bump the medical info up?

I'm not entirely sure if this was an isolated issue or not (I don't do a ton of perio surgery). We had a claim that appeared to go through fine for a gingivectomy and looks like on our end the sextant was on the claim form. However, we got a letter from the insurance company asking for the sextant.....

If capitalization matters, then that is where it won't work with the existing database without changing the Open Dental entries. BioPAK will not allow for lower case letter in the name. I'll have to keep trying it out.
