I am wanting to use the OD report facility to generate information on the profitability of different marketing sources. It's easy enough to use referrals to log the marketing source the difficulty I'm having is with the profitability component.
We only have 3-4 accepted treatments per week but they are all complex full mouth treatments. Part of my treatment planning exercise is to calculate the number of clinical hours required for a treatment (this effectively eliminates the lab element from the gross fee), we also record the number of implants placed (to determine the periodontists time commitment) and the number of all-on4 procedures as I know the profit margin on these. I want to be able to see the link between each referral source and implants placed/scheduled, clinical hours committed, all-on-4 procedures sold/provided.
The question is; is there somewhere I can input these 3 (or any other) variables so that a report query will pull them out in a search.
Any thoughts are much appreciated.

The implants and the all-on-4s are easy. Just code them as procedures, either tp or referred out. The clinical hours is a little trickier. If there's only one value per patient, then how about a patient field? Once the data is in the database, you will need a custom query to pull it out.
