Fee bug
Fee bug
When the primary provider is set to a hidden provider, the fees billed are the insurance estimates instead of the fee schedule assigned to the hidden provider. I know that the primary provider should be changed prior to treatment planning, but it's not always happening. Version 7.6.37.

Re: Fee bug
So to duplicate, we would:
1. set the patient's provider to some provider which we then hide.
2. Set up an insplan. What kind of plan? PPO or not?
3. Assign a fee schedule to the insplan that is different. (is it higher or lower?)
4. Add treatment and look at the fee charged on the TP.
Is that right?

Re: Fee bug
Yes, that is correct. This happened with a PPO plan, where the fees were lower than our billed fees.
