I was recently introduced to OpenDental and was asked to develop a plugin that allows receptionist to hit send SMS survey button after each appointment. The idea was to get higher survey response rate then of email surveys. The plugin is almost ready and I would like to get some feedback, as to if it can be useful or to specific features.
Survey format
"On the scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate your service with provider name? "
expected answer is number from 1-5
The way it works is
- install plugin
- create and edit surveys in Skyfeedback admin
- upon completion of appointment, receptionist selects which provider and associated survey. Survey automatically goes out after predetermined timed interval, like 30 mins after appointment.
- in skyfeedback admin you are able to see statistics for each provider and average score.
