It would be very welcomed if something similar as below could be printed on all statements of patients that records show do not have insurance.
"OUR RECORDS SHOW THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE IF THIS IS NOT CORRECT."
We have a number of accountswhere patients have failed to pay because they were waiting on insurance payments that were never requested. Yes, our office asks if the info on file is still correct, but that doesn't always catch it.

Good idea. You could technically do this right now as long as your staff manually changed the billing type of each patient to match their insurance status. Then, a dunning message would display based on the billing type. But we could make it even easier for you by adding the presence of insurance as a condition for dunning messages.
