How can I set up to show patient picture at family module?

I followed open dental manual "At the top is the patient picture. The picture that will be shown will be the most recent picture in the category of the Images module that is marked as a patient picture. To edit the Image categories, go to the Main Menu and select Setup | Definitions. Go to the Image Categories at the left. One of your categories should be marked with a P. When you add images to that category in the Images module, then they will show as the patient picture."

For some reason,it didn't show any image at family module.
Did I miss some steps?

Which radio button do you have selected in http://www.open-dent.com/manual/paths.html? The top one? If not, you should do so immediately. We have started adding big warnings to prevent users from selecting the other two options.

It was at the second one.
Switched to the top one as suggested and solved the problem.
