I do not use insurance estimates in my billing because I do surgeries only and most of my patients have used up their deductible, they get very confused when looking at the billing statements. Now when I try to send out the billing statements, I check "don't send if claim is pending", but I still see patients with a pending claim show up on the billing statements (I think its because InsPending=0). So is there a way to still use insurance estimates and do not include the pending claims for the billing statements? If there is a workaround or a fix that would be wonderful. Thank you very much.

Re: a complex billing situation
I just added it as a feature request as:
Improvement to billing statements, "don't send if claim is pending"
So you can go vote for it now.
