schedule recall button not working

schedule recall button not working

Has anyone had any issues with the schedule recall portion. We click onthe button after completing the cleaning to schedule next prophy and it flashes up "not due for recall". Has anyone else had this issue. This is new since we upgraded to version 6.1.14

Do you have all the recalls set up (is this the version where it's editable?) Usally it's because you're not tracking the PREVIOUS date...they haven't been in, you're changing from 1120 to 1110, etc. If it's their first visit and the cleaning you JUST completed hasn't been set complete before you try to schedule that next appt will also make it look like the person had never been in your office for recall.

no these are patients of record. It just did it again on a patient that has been in every 6 months since we opened in 2006. We just upgraded to the newer version so I thought maybe a bug?
