bug in printing from sheets

I'm using version 6.3.8.0
When trying to print a second copy of a letter to a referral sometime after printing the first copy. I am getting a unhandled exception crash. The detail of the error is:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

A followup on this. The prescription sheet will allow a reprint. We are using a custom prescription sheet as well a custom letter to referral sheet. Trying to reprint the custom letter to referral crashes Open Dental. It does it on all the workstations.
