5.0.17 problem

Updated from 4.5. Only 1 fee per fees showed up.
Revert to 4.6. All fees were fine.
Upgraded to 5.0.17. All fees were fine.
Now, only 1 fee per fees showed up in fee schedule. All fees are in query.

Any idea why?

I reboot the server. Now OD will not run on server. It only run on workstations. Still no fees.

Did you run the database maintenance tool? I really couldn't tell from your description what the precise problem is? What does "1 fee per fees" mean? Are you talking about what shows in the Procedures window, the Procedure Code Edit window, or some other window?

The problem was that OD would only display 1 fee for each fee schedule. For example, it would only display the fee for D0120 for Humana, the rest of the fees were blank. It would only display the fee for D0120 for Diversified, and so on...

Support reverted OD back to 4.6.31. Soon after, OD would ask to update the database to 5.0.17. It won't run again.

I uninstalled OD on all computers and the server. I ran 4.6.31 setup again. I cleaned up a few codes in the Procedure Codes. Upgraded server to 5.0.17. Every thing ran fine. I installed OD on the rest of the workstations. All is fine now.

My guess is that one of the staff ran OD in the Operatory while I was upgrading OD.
