Credit Card options

Is there any way I can have the credit card types that we accept printed on the top of the statements under or around the credit card info lines? We do not take AMEX and we have patients send in the numbers as payments and we have to call them to tell them we dont take it.

One workaround is to add a general message or dunning message that explains which credit cards you accept. It would show at the bottom, but should help.

Then submit or vote for a request for that feature.

If you use DentalXChange electronic statements, we can set your office profile to only print the credit card logos you accept on the patient statements. You can get more information by calling 800-576-6412, Ext. 455.
