There's a problem with how our e-claims file is being generated using the clinics feature. In the practice setup under billing address I have the "Use on claims" box unchecked because I want the individual clinic address to be sent under both the billing provider and treating provider addresses. Paper claims are printing correctly, but our e-claims file shows the main practice address under the billing dentist. We're having to send everything on paper until this is fixed. Can this be added to the bug list?
Eventually we'd like to centralize our billing, but we're having problems with one large insurance company that will not pay the higher rural rates for our rural clinics if our corporate address is under the billing dentist (even if the rural address is listed under treating dentist).
Thanks
