Recall Postcard Variables

As saavy requested, the Date variable is present but the Time variable has gone missing. Does anyone have any interest in adding a Patient NAME variable, especially for the email recall?

A person's email is usually generic (not usually their first and last name) and there's no way to automate the name of the person that's getting the recall notice (no name/address on emails like postcards). PLus, several people in the household share an email...sending an email to the husband with no name listed could mean that 4 other family members may be due for recalls.

If this has already made it to the Request list, please let me know.

There never was a time on recall cards. They are telling the patient the date they are due for their recall, but there is no actual appointment yet, so no time can be listed.
