Commlog entry for recall reminder

Post by sparkly » Sat Jan 31, 2009 8:51 am

Version 6.4.3

In the manual, it noted that a unique commlog entry will be recorded when a reminder is sent, differentiating between a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd reminder. When I tested this by sending a 1st, 2nd, then a 3rd, I got the same commlog entry for all: "Sent recall notice: 4". Does the 4 refer to something else (email vs postcard vs phone call) and is this still a planned feature to track the reminder # (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in the commlog entry correctly?

I'll put it down as a bug until I can research it.

Having trouble duplicating it. Are you sending email, postcard, labels, or what? What buttons are you pushing?

I think I found it. Email, right? Fixed.
