recall list

We used the recall list for the first time the other day. Everything worked great, and the people were removed from the recall list. Now we want to find the list of people we sent recalls to. I know there is an entry into their commlong, but I want to be able to regenerate the same list if that possible. Any suggestions?

Well, you can't really regenerate the same list because the data has changed since then. If it's because you're trying to keep them from falling through the cracks, then just go to the recall setup window and make sure they will get a second reminder after a few months. In other words, they will pop back onto you list after a while. There are also queries which could probably pull up a recreation of the old list based on those commlog entries.
