Ewoo Bridge not linking patients

Hi.

I'm having a problem with the Ewoo bridge, EasyDent4.

I can see that linkage.xml is created correctly but when EasyDent4 opens I always get the message "The patient isn't found", and it does not create the new patient.

I'm using Ewoo.cs from OpenDental7.

Any thoughts?

The file appears to be recognized by EasyDent, otherwise you would not get any message at all. It sounds to me like there might be a data mismatch within the linkage.xml file. For example, perhaps the patient name is in the file but the ID passed in does not match up with what is in EasyDent. Has this bridge worked in the past? Would it be possible for you to send me a copy of the text within a linkage.xml file as a private message or via email?
Is your Ewoo bridge setup to pass patient numbers or chart numbers from Open Dental?
