Billing Statements

Post by Toothdr97 » Wed Dec 07, 2011 6:38 am

This may be a dumb question, but we are now going on 5 years of our new practice and it seems when we do the billing statements that some patients have 7 and 8 pages. Is there anyway to change the dates on these. We have it set to do the last 45 days but when we print, I have some families that the statements can be up to 10 pages. Do we need to "close out" the year or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You are doing your bills from the billing window, right?

At the middle right of that first screenshot is a date range. You say you are setting that and it's getting ignored? If so, what specific version are you on?

Yes, monthly. But we do generate one when the insurance claim comes thru with payment. We do this to lessen the billing on the first. Trying to get the money in faster

You'll probably need to call us. We will need to look at your version and at your date range settings.
