List of treatment planned procedures without a preauth?

We preauth pretty much everything since patients are used to that when we took over the clinic and they really like it. So is there a way to get a query to make a list of patients in a time period that had treatment planned but not a preauth sent for?

Tried looking in query examples but could not find it.
