Interest lists?

Is it possible in open dental to mark patients interested in say sleep apnea? In Yapi i can make a seed list and mark patient interested in sleep apnea. I can then target him using emails to only those people on the list of shown interest in sleep apnea. Is that possible somehow in open dental as well?
