The 'Same for entire family' checkboxes do not appear to be functioning properly on Edit Patient Info, 6.5.2 Beta.
If the patient is his/her own guarantor, and there is only one family member (the patient/guarantor) on the account, unchecking either checkbox will not persist if the window is closed and reopened.
If there is more than one family member on an account, the 'Same for entire family' Address/Phone checkbox changes will be saved, but the Address/Phone notes checkbox changes will not.
6.5.2B - 'Same' changes do not persist (Edit Patient Info)

Those checkboxes are calculated on the fly by looping through all family members and seeing if they are all "the same". So it doesn't save your "check"; it saves the data and computes the check. Do you understand now that it's behaving just fine?

I see your point, but there is no way to clear the checkbox for all family members unless all of the text is deleted from the textbox first. I'm not sure how a user would know to do that intuitively.

If you don't change anything, then clearing the checkbox would have no effect anyway.
