Printing a complete patient record

If you have to forward a patient's record to another doctor, how do you print out the complete record, including medications and diseases.
I can print the Chart Progress Notes? I can print the graphical chart. But how do you print the medical information other than using Print Screen, which doesn't work if the list of medications or diseases is long and doesn't fit in one screen capture.
