Hi there,
Using OD- version-7.0.3
OS - Winsows 7 Home Premium,
I am Unable to restore from a flash drive - error- Unable to Stop MySql Service.
I am able to Go to controlpanel>sevices and stop and start mysql.
OD all versions are running nicely -no issues at all.
Looks like has something to do with MySQL permissions...
Pl help.

Right click the Open Dental program icon and select "run as administrator" to open the program when you are going to do a restore.
