I have multiple providers with multiple clinics.
When I print prescriptions, everything is filled in properly except the state DPS number - that is always filled in with the DPS number for the first clinic I created. Is this a bug?
FYI, it's still present in 14.3.2

Re: Rx fills in wrong DPS with clinics
The only thing related to clinics in sheets would be the address (static text fields). Everything else should be tied to providers. Open up your sheet def, double click on your DPS field that you feel is not filling out correctly and let us know why sheet field type it is and what the name of the field is so that we can look it up and tell you exactly what the field is programmed to do.

D'oh, OK of course thanks.
Had changed that to a static text field many years ago and completely forgot about it.
Thanks Jason

Re: Rx fills in wrong DPS with clinics
OK, so problem #1 is fixed.
But the provider address always fills in with the address, city, state and zip (as setup in Setup > Practice) instead of what I want, which is the address of each individual clinic.
???

Re: Rx fills in wrong DPS with clinics
You probably don't have the clinic set correctly for the patient then?

Re: Rx fills in wrong DPS with clinics
No worries. There are like 50 different places to set clinics for various things it seems. Its frustrating for lots of users with only a few clinics because most of the places in the program aren't automated in regards to setting a clinic. Offices with lots of clinics would get mad at us, especially the ones where patients change between clinics often. One of these days we'll be able to automate everything for users. Until then, sleep is a must in order to operate Open Dental
