Delete orphan claims waiting to send

Does anybody know how to remove these records ? They don't exist on patients account at all. Data service 01/01/0001 is a none date.

I would first Right Click on one of those claims in the Send Claims window, Go to Account, scroll ALL the way to the top of the account module and the claim should be there. If not, you might have better luck seeing if database maintenance can clean them up for you. Last resort would be to give us a call so that we can either diagnose the problem or grab a copy of your database to get a closer look.

I found where they are. Those are treatment plan for pre-authorizations. I just need to change the claim status from waiting to send to received or whatever the correct status is.
