Modifying the installer

Hi Everyone

I have a question:
how can i modify the installer application found at: http://www.opendental.com/InstallerSource.zip
so that it installs my mofied version of OD, say i have my my modified Exe ssaved in a certain location, how can I install it?

Packaging for distribution takes a lot of work. It's a set of complex skills that I couldn't possibly begin to explain to you in a forum. The two companies I'm aware of who do build their own distro completely ignore what we did. They do it their own way because they already have a favorite way of doing it.
