Menu Hook request

I would like to add a menu item for my plugin's for settings. Not sure where to locate this, leave that up to you. Thanks.

It depends. Every plug-in is also a program link. Every program link allows a button in any toolbar. So that's one approach. If you want an actual menu item in FormOpenDental, then you might just use the existing hook, FormOpenDental.Load_end.
