Missing Problem Section Info in Medical History

For "Importing Form and patient records", we are not able to find API to update Problem section info in Medical History Form import while importing Forms. Right now, we can import Alergies, ICE, but not Problems.

Problems are called Diseases in the schema.
Diseases are attached to patients.
DiseaseDefs are the templates for creating Diseases.
