I see a method to POST ProcNotes:

is there a method to GET them?

Currently, there is no ProcNotes GET, but we can add this to our development list, if you'd like.

Also, ChartModules GET ProgNotes, Note field does return the most recently associated ProcNote or you could run a custom query via Queries PUT ShortQuery, if you need immediate results.
