Voting on changes to Opendental

Can someone please explain to me how to cast a vote for improvements on OD?
Is this something I can do here on the interactive forum. I saw a previous post about this, but it seemed you had to do this from the computers in the office. My practice does not have high speed internet so I am not sure if I can do this via my server. I would like to have the color coded appointment option.

You have to have internet, but it does not need to be high speed.
