clinic is not selectable in Claim window

Dear Dr. Sparks,

Just upgraded to 6.9.20, and the drop-down for clinic selection is not active anymore, is this a feature or a bug?

Feature. It is now pulled from the clinic for the procedures to ensure consistency.
