Private pay payment does not keep clinic

Dear Jordan,

When we create a payment from private pay, we choose Clinic. The click OK button.
If you open this payment again the Clinic shows 'none'.

Furthermore, in deposits, this payment shows up when all clinics selected, but does not show up when you select the one you selected when creating a payment.

Could it be a bug?

btw, if there is another way to report bugs, please let me know.

I just tested it and it works fine for me. I'll need more details. Very specific.
