26 or 30 bit Wiegand output

Post by DrDRH » Thu Mar 11, 2010 2:18 pm

Has there been any discussion about OD compatibility with card/prox reader integration with TIME SHEET for clock in/out using Wiegand output?
Thanks, DrH

Well, we are getting proximity readers installed on our doors next week to replace keys. So naturally we'll be exploring how to use them to also log in and out and clock in and out.

We are having them installed this week in our facilities. That is cool and would you keep me in mind for any beta testing as you go along with yours. Looks like another good tool . Have you investigated the pro/cons possibilites of biometric login/out?
Thanks,
Don

Yes, we've toyed with fingerprint readers. Just other higher priorities right now.
