Two Requests as I have been working with sheets:

1) I'd like to have the patient's age as an output field in a referral sheet.
2) I'd like a default printer option for printing referral sheets (and others (ie lab forms)) to my second printer (It's color)

It would be a big help to me to have a referral familiar name field on the referral sheet. It would need a field added to the table, though.

One other thought, as I repeat this one all the time in my referral sheets - It would be great to have a pre-made element/graphic showing a basic tooth chart with checkboxes over each tooth. I have duplicated this arrangement for several referral offices.

Age is already available by using a static text field.
