Error due to deleted code?

We recently upgraded to 7.2 version. Eversince, we have been getting an error in some patients' chart. These patients had a procedure with a code that was later deleted from Open Dental data base. Now, when we try to create claim, it gives an error of missing proc code. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks in advance!!

No I don't really have any idea. The only time I've seen missing proc codes is when people manually manipulated the database with an outside tool.

There used to be another person handling the software before & he may have made those chanmges. I was wondering if there was a way to restore the Procedure List to default.

You would have to make a note of which patients were affected and how to duplicate the problem. Then, we would need a copy of your database so that one of our programmers could track down the problem.
