Printing/Outputting Fee Schedule

How can I print or export a fee schedule?

I can output the procedure list but it does not contain the fees.

I think what you are looking for is:
Reports
Under Lists --- Procedure Codes

After bringing up the procedure code report, you can choose to print it, export it, etc.
