Rx print bug when Addr2 field filled out

I think there's a bug when printing Rx's if the Addr2 field is filled out.

It should print like:

Joe Smith
69 Park Street
Apt #1
Tel: 817-555-1212
Fort Worth, TX 76248

Instead it prints like:

Joe Smith
69 Park Street
Apt #1
Tel:
Fort Worth, TX 76248
(817)555-1212

We cannot tell for sure if this is a bug without the exact sheet. Please export the sheet to XML and PM me that file.
