I would like to try and compile OD on my own for personal use. I have not compiled anything in 15yrs and it was very basic at that time. Can someone provide the steps necessary for the easiest process. What programs should be downloaded, steps to complete, will the Dental Codes and info be available after I restore from an older existing data base? I am not looking to change anything, just use the newest version available.
