When you say, "sorted," what exactly does that mean? Can you prioritize? Sort by Date? Sort by Type of Task? What?

Chip - Hopefully the picture says it all - Each staff member has a mailbox; I keep the ticklers there because they are more prominent. Same with supply ordering - Everyone can see the list and click on it.

What he means is that we made the Main list alphabetical instead of by date added. Now that it's alphabetical, he can go crazy with his renaming tricks to create groupings.
