Report of # of patients on ins plans

Hi, I know how to run report to find out how insurance plan list, but am trying to get how many people total are with each insurance plan. The report gives the number based on subscribers, but not family members. We want to figure out our write offs for each insurance plan and how many members it will affect if we drop a plan.
