dental chart and video cards.

there seems to be a problem with the graphical chart and some of the display cards. usually observed in the intel built in cards for intel4 motherboards.however when the driver is removed it functions well.

currently i am using 4.5.2 ver. i had compiled the source code.

Later versions have more elegant support for video cards. There are still issues that can happen, but we have solutions for all of those issues now.
