foreign version upgrade issues

I am a dentist in India and have been using Open-Dental software for sometime now.

I just upgraded the open dental software to the latest (foreign) version 7.8.5 from 7.6.23 and the software is not accepting my old registration number.

Please advice.

Our server was temporarily malfunctioning. You actually ended up downloading the USA version, which is what the problem is. Our support can get you the foreign version.

I am from Singapore and I am having trouble finding where to input the registration number given to me. Please advise.
